Shipping
Policy
Shipping in North America is included in the cost of MOST of our Barbies. When shipping is not included, it will be clearly stated with the added cost. If you are purchasing from outside of North America, additional shipping charges may apply. That information will be sent to the purchaser with the shipping total. That must be paid before the Barbie is shipped. (The Barbie Shoppe is located in and ships from Canada).

Refund & Exchange
We know you will love your Barbie, but just in case you are less than satisfied, we would love to have her back.
The purchaser will pay for the return shipping (and we are happy to help with that to ensure that you get the best price) plus a 10% restocking fee. When Barbie is received by The Shoppe in that same condition that she was shipped, we will send the refund immediately. Our shipper offers insurance so you can purchase with confidence!
Warranty
All products are sold in 'as is' condition. Please read the product description very carefully to ensure that the doll and packaging are in satisfactory condition. All Barbies are in original packaging, many with the original shipping boxes. If the original box is damaged, that will be clearly stated in the product description with a photo. If you wish to return, Barbie and her packaging MUST be in the shipped condition. If the package has been opened and/or the doll has been removed from the packaging, no refund will be issued.
